在食用菌栽培接种过程中,经常要在塑料袋上打孔接种.由于打孔工具每接完一袋都要重新灭菌,手续比较繁琐,而且一旦灭菌不严就会造成污染.在实践中,我试用20瓦电烙铁加上一个钢管头用来打孔接种,比较好地解决了上述问题.由于打孔时烙铁一直通电,烙铁头温度都在200℃以上,不但自身已经灭了菌,在打孔时所接触的部位也得到了灭菌,且打出来的孔又好又快,既保险又实用,感兴趣者不妨一试.
