目的··:评价济泰片用于海洛因依赖者脱毒治疗的疗效及不良反应。方法·· :采用多中心随机双盲双模拟对照试验设计 ,对照药为盐酸洛非西定片 (凯尔丁 )和安慰剂 ,其中济泰片组完成310例 ,对照组103例 (凯尔丁组63例 ,安慰剂组40例 )。结果··:济泰片控制戒断症状的效果明显优于安慰剂 (P<0.001) ,与凯尔丁基本相同 (P>0.05)。济泰片的主要不良反应有口干、视物模糊等。结论··:济泰片用于海洛因中度依赖者脱毒疗效肯定 ,无严重不良反应
