地中海贫血为广东地区较常见的一种溶血性贫血病。多数人认为本病尚无根治方法,对脾切除意见尚不一致。对脾切除后远期疗效观察的资料也较少。本文介绍我院1963～1969年做过脾切除治疗的25例重型地中海贫血的远期疗效。
Thalassemia is a more common form of hemolytic anemia in Guangdong. Most people think there is no cure for this disease, the views of splenectomy is not the same. There is less data on the long-term efficacy of splenectomy. This article describes our hospital from 1963 to 1969 did splenectomy treatment of 25 cases of long-term effect of thalassemia major.
