旋转式井壁取心器(简称RSCF)是应用液压原理,推进旋转的钻头完成取心过程,由于该类取心器较少破坏地层,所取岩心颗粒完整,极具实验和分析价值,因此近年来愈来愈受到勘探地质部门重视。总结过去操作与维修的经验,虽然旋转式井壁取心器较爆炸撞击式取心器先进许多,但也有值得深入研究的地方。文章从仪器密封安全性能、钻进遇卡自解以及模拟信号数字化等几个方面进一步探讨完善旋转式井壁取心器综合性能的有效途径。
