冠周炎是口腔科常见病,由于局部解剖、生理等因素的影响,致病菌以厌氧菌为主。本研究针对性的应用甲硝唑粘附先置于盲袋中,有效提高局部药物浓度,起到消炎,抑制致病菌的作用,收到理想的临床治疗效果。材料与方法随机选择口腔门诊下颌第三磨牙冠周炎患者46例,所有患者发病以来未服用抗生素,局部无脓肿形成,其中男性21例,女性25例,年龄34~18岁,所有患者由同一医生治疗。
Pericoronitis is a common disease in dentistry, due to local anatomy, physiology and other factors, the main pathogens to anaerobic bacteria. In this study, the targeted application of metronidazole adhesion first placed in blind bags, effectively improve the local drug concentration, play an anti-inflammatory, inhibit the role of pathogens, received the ideal clinical treatment. Materials and Methods 46 cases of mandibular third molars pericoronitis were randomly selected in the oral clinic. All the patients had not taken antibiotics since the onset of the disease and there was no local abscess formation. There were 21 males and 25 females, aged from 34 to 18 years old. All patients consisted of the same Doctor treatment.
