The 10th Laser Exhibition was held in Munich, Germany from June 10 to June 1991. The organizers announced the success of the conference, its size is much larger than 89 years. There were 14,200 attendees to the laser ’91 meeting from 57 countries (30% from abroad), including 1,300 delegates from nine venues. Compared with the last meeting in Munich, the total number increased by 9% and the number of visitors increased by 63%. The nine exhibition halls with a total area of 22000m2 showcase the products and facilities of 561 companies (up 19%) in 24 countries. The application of laser in industrial manufacturing and material processing has received special attention, mainly due to the increase of the number of exhibitors (87) and the site (3000m ~ 2).
