对肌无力4 a PET-CT查出肺癌1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,68岁。双上肢上抬不能4 a,双下肢行走困难1 a,加重0.5 a入院。初为双上肢上抬无力,渐不能上举,行走困难;其后站立或行走不能抬头,腰部不能伸直,卧位不能起立。无肢痛、麻木、二便障碍。有高血压病史8 a。查体:BP 140/100 m
Muscle weakness 4 a PET-CT detection of lung cancer in 1 case as follows. 1 medical summary male, 68 years old. Double upper extremity can not lift 4 a, lower extremity walking difficulties 1 a, increase 0.5 a admission. The beginning of the upper limb raised weakness, gradually can not move, walking difficulties; thereafter standing or walking can not be looked up, the waist can not be straight, lying position can not stand up. No limb pain, numbness, second handicap. Have a history of hypertension 8 a. Physical examination: BP 140/100 m
