考试焦虑指的是带着恐惧心理来看待考试过程中的成绩不理想的倾向,考试焦虑对学生的正常生活学习会产生不良的影响,特别是不利于个体发挥其能力和才智,这就会引起考试的分数下滑。本文以某独立独立学院理工科学生为研究对象,分析四级考试焦虑、英语学习动机及自我效能感对独立学院理工科学生英语四级成绩产生的影响,寻找其产生原因,继而提出降低和消除焦虑的有效方法。
