崇明工业园区于1996年2月,经上海市人民政府批准建立,规划总面积为10平方公里,位于中国第三大岛——崇明城桥镇西部,紧靠崇明最大客货集散地南门港.直接接受浦东开发开放的辐射,地理位置十分优越.崇明工业园区是崇明唯一一家市级工业区,也是上海市郊唯一可以享受“以岛养岛,自费改革”海岛特殊政策的工业园区,尤其是土地价格和税收政策极为优惠,无与伦比.
Chongming Industrial Park in February 1996, approved by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government to establish a total planned area of 10 square kilometers, located in China’s third largest island - the western town of Chongming Chengqiao, Chongming largest passenger and cargo distribution center close to Nanmen Port. Chongming Industrial Park is the only municipal-level industrial zone in Chongming and the only industrial park in Shanghai that can enjoy the special island policy of “relying on the island and reforming itself at its own expense”, especially the land Price and tax policy is extremely favorable, unparalleled.
