目前,国内各厂家在焊接生产中大都采用普通的烘箱对焊剂进行烘干,其使用方法是将焊剂装在盘状器皿内放在烘箱中进行烘干。采用这种方法有如下几点不足。1.烘干焊剂时,为使其受热均匀,必须多层分布,这样烘箱内的空间就不能充分利用。2.焊剂的装入和取出都是由手工进行,费时费力。另外由于焊剂的烘烤量小,并且在每次取出使用时都必须将烘箱门打开,造成烘干的焊剂多次与外界接触,使焊剂的使用有效时
