幼师对幼儿的影响是重大的,其道德水平如何直接影响着幼儿的身体、智力、人格、潜能等各方面的发展。目前我国的幼师在教学育人过程中普遍存在着索贿及虐待孩子等道德滑坡的现象。幼师道德滑坡主要受政治制度、社会经济及思想文化等方面原因影响,针对以上原因,要从实际情况出发,在制度、文化等方面着手,提升幼师的职业道德,树立积极高尚的幼师道德形象。
The impact of kindergarten teachers on young children is significant, and how their moral standards directly affect young children’s physical, intellectual, personality, and potential development. At present, the kindergartens in our country generally have the phenomenon of ethical decline such as bribery and child abuse during the process of teaching and education.
