本篇文章针对企业人事制度改革中的思想政治工作一题展开了较为深入的研究,同时结合笔者的自身经验总结出了几点可行性较高的改革策略,其中包括要慎重做好人事制度改革之前的思想政治准备工作、要理性处理人事制度改革中的思想政治问题以及要持续开展人事制度改革后的思想政治再教育工作等等,以期能够带来一些具有参考性的意见。
