To understand the gender differences in the effects of alpine environment on electrical activity of the heart, a comparative analysis of two groups of normal adult ECGs in the same area (elevation 2,800 m) and in the same unit was conducted. The 322 observation objects were all Han agricultural workers (including a few cadres) of a state-run farm and did not make any choice. 193 men, aged 18-60 years old, with an average of 42 years old, women aged 18-62, with an average of 35 years old. The male group stays in this area for 6 to 49 consecutive years, an average of 15.2 years, of which 78.4% have been over 11 years; women 6 to 26 years, an average of 13 years, 70% over 11 years. In each case, the tests as set out in Section III of this question were made. The results were negative and no history of chronic respiratory disease was found. A small number of women in the ECG double-step ladder double test positive or suspicious positive, measured by normal blood lipids, and in the intravenous injection of 3-4 mg after repeated double exercise test, the results were negative, the party was included in this group.
