目的:探究乳腺超声影像报告和数据系统(Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System,BI-RADS)在社区女性乳腺肿瘤筛查工作中的应用。方法:对2015年3月10日-3月31日在本社区卫生服务中心做乳腺彩超筛查的1189名女性作了BI-RADS分级。结果:1189名女性,1级257例占21.6%,2级709例,占59.6%,3级211例,占17.7%,4级15例,占1.26%,5级1例,占0.08%,无0级和6级,5级病例已经手术证实为乳腺癌。结论:将BI-RADS分级应用到乳腺癌筛查工作中便于较好地预估乳腺恶性病变风险范围,临床医师可以根据BI-RADS分级及其它相关检查,对各级病变分别采取合适的处理方法,提高早期乳腺肿瘤发现率及诊断率。
Objective: To explore the application of Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) in the screening of female breast cancer in community. METHODS: BI-RADS was performed on 1189 women who underwent color Doppler ultrasound screening in this community health service center from March 10 to March 31, Results: Among the 1189 females, there were 257 cases of grade 1 in 21.6%, grade 2 of 709 cases (59.6%), grade 3 in 211 cases (17.7%), grade 4 in 15 cases (1.26%), grade 5 in 1 case (0.08% No grade 0 and grade 6, grade 5 cases have been confirmed as breast cancer surgery. Conclusion: BI-RADS grading applied to breast cancer screening work to facilitate a better estimate of the risk of breast malignancies, clinicians can BI-RADS grading and other related checks, respectively, to take appropriate treatment at all levels of lesions , Improve early breast cancer detection rate and rate.
