本文主要研究双层隔振系统在基础随机振动激励下的传递函数和响应的能量强度,通过各个不同方案的比较,讨论了基础受有限带宽白噪声激励时各个动态参数,即上下质量比、上下刚度和阻尼对隔振系统的影响,分析了双层隔振系统的传输特性,用均方值导出了系统随机响应能量强度的无量纲曲线,得出了如何合理选择动态参数,从而为双层隔振系统优化设计作了初步理论探讨。本文理论计算结果用试验进行了验证。随机激振试验在随机试验台上进行,采样随机信号用7T08信号处理机进行数据处理,试验结果与理论值基本相符。
In this paper, we mainly study the transfer function and energy intensity of the two-layer vibration isolation system under the basic random vibration excitation. By comparing the different schemes, the dynamic parameters of the foundation under the limited white-noise excitation are discussed, that is, the up-down mass ratio, Stiffness and damping on the vibration isolation system, the transmission characteristics of the two-layer vibration isolation system are analyzed. The mean-squared value is used to derive the dimensionless curve of the system’s random response energy intensity. Vibration isolation system optimization design made a preliminary theoretical discussion. The theoretical calculation results of this paper are verified by experiments. Stochastic excitation test is carried out on a random test bench, the sampling random signal is processed by 7T08 signal processor, and the test result is basically consistent with the theoretical value.
