3种冷车型草坪草种子经不同浓度多效唑浸泡4h或24h后,其发芽势和发芽率的变化有明显的种间差异。弗连德多年生黑麦草所有处理种子的发芽势和发芽率与对照(清水浸种)的差异均不显著;埃雷苇状羊茅处理种子的发芽势减弱,与对照差异极显著,其累积发芽率在高浓度多效唑浸种时下降,与对照差异板显著,低浓度多效唑处理种子的累积发芽率与对照差异不显著;梅里特草地早熟禾所有处理种子的发芽势和发芽率都急剧下降,与对照的差异均极显著。3种冷季型草坪草种子萌发对多效唑的敏感性依次为梅里特草地早熟禾>埃雷苇状羊茅>弗连德多年生黑麦草。多效唑浸种还抑制3个草种幼苗的株高增长,费连德多年生黑麦草和梅里特草地早熟禾幼苗的株高随多效唑浓度增大而减低,两者间呈显著或极显著线性负相关,埃雷苇状羊茅幼苗株高与多效唑浓度间的线性负相关性较差,但所有处理的幼苗株高与对照差异均极显著。
