目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:对照组31例口服别嘌醇片,每次100~200m g,3次/d;治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上加用静脉滴注参附注射液及血塞通注射液,同时配合健脾祛湿、温肾化瘀中药内服。结果:治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为87.0%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性痛风性关节炎可有效抑制尿酸产生和促进尿酸排泄,使血尿酸降低,控制慢性痛风性关节炎发作。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic gouty arthritis. Methods: In the control group, 31 patients were treated with allopurine tablets 100 ~ 200m g once a day for 3 times a day. In the treatment group, 32 cases were treated with intravenous infusion of Shenfu injection and Xuesaitong injection on the basis of the control group. At the same time with the spleen Qushi, Wenshuyushi Chinese medicine orally. Results: The effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 87.0% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic gouty arthritis can effectively inhibit the production of uric acid and promote uric acid excretion, uric acid and reduce control of chronic gouty arthritis attack.
