随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市保障性住房的出现符合社会发展需求,也是新型城市化发展的重要内容。本文立足于我国保障性住房法律制度的现状,分析了法律制度中存在的问题,并以此为切入口,阐述了完善城市保障性住房法律制度的策略,以期推进我国城市保障性住房事业的可持续发展。
With the accelerating process of urbanization, the emergence of urban affordable housing meets the needs of social development and is also an important part of the new urbanization.
