摘要：随着社会的不断发展，互联网技术的不断升级，为电视的跨国传播和全球竞争格局提供了新的方式。与此同时，传统跨国电视的传播面临着巨大的冲击。如何在互联网时代下求生存，是电视媒体必须考虑的问题。本文分析了社交媒体的发展现状、用户生成内容的特点，以及社交媒体对跨国电视的影响，然后从跨国电视的新战场——视频分享网站，全球传播的新生力量——参与式新闻这两个方面，着重阐述了社交媒体下跨国电视的变革与发展。
