为了探讨心肌炎患儿免疫功能及心功能的改变与其发病机制的关系。我们采用郭峰氏方法、Kubicek’s环形四极法及片状电极法同时测定了26例急性心肌炎患儿红细胞免疫粘附功能(RCIA),淋巴细胞亚群(OKT)及左、右心室功能。结果发现:急性心肌炎患儿同时存在着RCIA低下,OKT免疫调控失调及左、右心室收缩功能障碍。
In order to investigate the relationship between the changes of immune function and cardiac function in children with myocarditis and its pathogenesis. We used the Guo Feng’s method, Kubicek’s ring quadrupole method and the patchy electrode method to determine the RCIA, OKT, left and right ventricular function in 26 children with acute myocarditis. The results showed that: children with acute myocarditis have low RCIA, OKT immune dysregulation and left ventricular systolic dysfunction.
