扮演“闷葫芦”的角色在初入职场的时候,张先生曾经听前辈说过,要在单位里站稳脚跟,首先要保持谦虚的态度,按照上司的要求努力完成手头上的工作就行了,其他的事情尽量少管,以免引来不必要的麻烦。对于过来者的建议,刚刚开始职业生涯的张先生深信不疑地采纳了。于是,在会议以及活动策划方面,张先生大多时候都保持沉默,除非领导问他有什么观点和想法外,他往往扮演“闷葫芦”的角色。在这些观点的影响下,他的工作开展起来还算顺利。然而,渐渐地,张先生发现身边的同事与他交流的时间越来越少,无论是吃饭,还是周末的活动,很少有同事会主动邀请他参加。眼看着在单位里工作也快将近两年了,与他一同上岗的同事,或跳槽,或晋升,而自己的职业发展仍然在原来的水平线上。是自己的能力有缺陷?张先生感到困惑不已。
