近年来,深圳市宝安区的刑事犯罪问题呈现出犯罪率攀升、团伙作案现象复杂、侵财类案件高发、未成年人犯罪严重等现状,本文认为主要应从提高就业、缩小贫富差距等经济手段入手,疏解社会内部矛盾。同时,加大刑事打击力度,以法治为后盾,坚决堵截犯罪激增的态势,全面维护社会和谐稳定。
In recent years, the criminal problems in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City have shown the rising crime rate, the gang committing the crime complicatedly, the high incidence of crimes against the wealthy and the serious crime of the minors. This paper argues that the main measures should be taken from economic measures such as increasing employment and narrowing the gap between rich and poor Start, ease internal conflicts in society. At the same time, criminal penalties should be stepped up and the rule of law should be the backing to resolutely stop the surge in criminality and fully safeguard social harmony and stability.
