控制棒驱动机构是核电厂中的重要安全设备。其步跃动作的运行参数包括提升负荷、步距、步速等都是其核心设计指标。本文考虑重力、电磁力、水阻力和弹簧力载荷,建立了步跃运动方程。分别使用有限元方法和解析方法对步跃动作进行了动态模拟分析,获得了包括提升力、速度等时程变化曲线在内的结果,同时讨论了这些结果对设备设计的积极意义。
Control rod drive mechanism is an important safety equipment in nuclear power plant. The operating parameters of its step-by-step movements include lifting load, step, pace and so are its core design indicators. In this paper, considering the gravity, electromagnetic force, water resistance and spring force load, a step motion equation is established. The finite element method and the analytical method were respectively used to simulate the step motion. The results including the time course of the lifting force and velocity were obtained. The positive significance of these results to the device design was also discussed.
