目的探讨肺腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA的表达与外周血微转移的关系。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测33例肺腺癌组织中VEGF mRNA和外周静脉血中CK19 mRNA表达变化。另选10例正常人外周血为对照。结果 33例肺腺癌组织中VEGF mRNA的阳性率为78.79%(26/33),外周血CK19 mRNA的阳性率为57.58%(19/33);10例正常人外周血无CK19 mRNA阳性表达。肺腺癌组织中VEGF mRNA的表达与淋巴结转移和病理分期密切相关;VEGF mRNA高表达者与VEGF mRNA低表达者CK19的阳性率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肺腺癌患者组织中VEGF mRNA表达和淋巴结及血行转移关系密切;联合检测肺腺癌组织中VEGF mRNA和外周血CK19 mRNA的表达有助于评估肺癌转移、病理分期及预后。
Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA expression and peripheral blood micrometastasis in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood of 33 cases of lung adenocarcinoma. Another 10 cases of normal peripheral blood as a control. Results The positive rate of VEGF mRNA in 33 cases of lung adenocarcinoma was 78.79% (26/33), and the positive rate of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood was 57.58% (19/33). No positive expression of CK19 mRNA was detected in 10 cases of normal human. The expression of VEGF mRNA in lung adenocarcinoma was closely related to the lymph node metastasis and pathological stage. The positive rate of CK19 in VEGF mRNA overexpression was significantly different from that in VEGF mRNA (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of VEGF mRNA and the lymph node and hematogenous metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma tissue are closely related. Combined detection of VEGF mRNA and CK19 mRNA expression in lung adenocarcinoma can be helpful for the assessment of lung cancer metastasis, pathological stage and prognosis.
