东北是我国资源蕴藏最富集的地区,又是老工业基地。新中国建立之后,东北不但为全国各地提供了大量粮食、木材、石油、煤炭、钢铁、汽车等工农业产品,还向各地输出了大量的技术人才和产业工人,为新中国的发展和建设立下了汗马功劳。但是,在最近的十几年东北落后了,以至于要由中央作出“振兴东北”的战略决策。
Northeast China is the most abundant resource reserves in the region, but also the old industrial base.
