我院于1987年12月～1989年7月,对应用上海海普药厂生产的门冬氨酸钾镁治疗56例深度黄疽型病毒性肝炎进行了临床观察,疗效显著,报道如下临床资料1.病例选择 全部病例都有不同程度的乏力,纳减、肝肿大、病程在10天内,黄疸渐加深,血清总胆红素(SB)≥17μmol/L.均符合1984年南宁全国病毒性肝炎会议制订的诊断标准,确诊为急性深度黄疸型病毒性肝炎.
