本文用初均速法预测了丹参注射液中主要成分原儿茶醛的稳定性。选择了9个温度进行了恒温加速实验。用铁氰化铁比色法于721分光光度计上测定了丹参注射液的光密度数值。用 BASIC语言编制出计算程序,将光密度数据输入苹果机(Apple-Ⅱ)进行运算。画出了 lnV 和 1/T 的 Arrhenius图,算出了直线相关系数 r=0.995,建立了直线回归方程 Y=-14178.53x+36.55,预测了丹参注射液中主要成分原儿茶醛的稳定性:t_(0.9)=1.67年,t_(0.8)=3.55年,t_(0.7)=5.67年。
In this paper, the stability of protocatechuic aldehyde, the main component of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection, was predicted using the initial average velocity method. Nine temperatures were selected for constant temperature acceleration experiments. The optical density of Danshen injection was measured on a 721 spectrophotometer using ferricyanide colorimetry. The calculation program was written in BASIC language and the optical density data was input into the Apple-II. The Arrhenius plots of lnV and 1/T were plotted, and the linear correlation coefficient r=0.995 was calculated. The linear regression equation Y=-14178.53x+36.55 was established, and the stability of the protocatechuic aldehyde of the main ingredient in Danshen injection was predicted. T_(0.9)=1.67 years, t_(0.8)=3.55 years, t_(0.7)=5.67 years.
