目的成功建立曲马多(TR)依赖大鼠动物模型。方法将80只Wistar大鼠平均分成4个实验组(正常对照组20只、空白对照组20只、TR依赖组20只、TR戒断组20只),观察TR腹腔注射给药及停药戒断过程中大鼠躯体依赖与精神依赖的情况。结果与正常对照组及空白对照组比较,TR戒断组和TR依赖组的大鼠体重都有所下降(P<0.01);给药5分钟后,TR依赖组及TR戒断组大鼠对声音及触摸刺激敏感;在条件性位置偏爱实验中,TR依赖组及TR戒断组大鼠表现出偏爱性(P<0.01)。TR戒断组停止给药后,大鼠表现出烦躁和易激惹等现象。结论本实验中大鼠对TR产生了依赖,可以证明成功建立了TR依赖大鼠动物模型。
Objective To establish a rat model of tramadol-dependent rats.
