太平天国是中国近代一次轰轰烈烈的农民运动,它历时十四年,横扫十八省,其声势之大,影响之广是空前的。但是,这场革命最终失败了。究其原因,史学界众说纷纭。我认为有一个重要的原因不容忽视,那就是天国缺乏一批治国之材,造成天国行政机构实质上的瘫痪。而形成这种结局,又是和天国的指导思想──那种外来宗教揉合儒家思想的复杂结合体
The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom is a vigorous peasant movement in modern China. It lasted fourteen years and swept away the 18 provinces. Its momentum and influence are unprecedented. However, this revolution eventually failed. The reason for this, different opinions of the historians. I think there is an important reason that can not be ignored. It is that the Kingdom of Heaven lacks a number of materials that govern the country, resulting in a real paralysis of the administrative agencies of the heavenly bodies. And the formation of such an end is the guiding principle of the kingdom of heaven - the complex combination of foreign religions that incorporates Confucianism
