利用5×7和4×4两个NCⅡ设计对普通小麦品质性状在F_1的表现及性状相关进行了研究。结果表明,籽粒蛋白质含量在F_1主要偏向低亲或超低亲,低蛋白含量为部分显性或不完全显性;沉淀位为部分显性或完全显性,多偏向高亲值;面筋含量为部分显性或不完全显性,主要倾向低亲或超低亲。籽粒蛋白含量与单株穗数,穗粒数,收获指数、单株粒重呈显著负相关;沉淀值与单株穗数、穗粒数和单株粒重无显著相关,与千粒重呈显著负相关。
The relationship between the quality traits of F 1 and traits of common wheat was studied by using 5 × 7 and 4 × 4 NC Ⅱ designs. The results showed that the content of grain protein in F_1 was mainly low or low pro and low, the content of protein was partly dominance or incomplete dominance; the sedimentation position was partly dominance or dominance, Some dominant or not dominant, the main tendency of low or low pro-pro-affinity.
