后尿道损伤多为骨盆骨折的严重并发症。由于解剖位置特殊,给损伤尿道的修复造成很大困难,被视为泌尿外科的难题之一。我院自1988～1995年采用套入牵引法治疗后尿道狭窄10例,效果满意。现总结如下。 1.临床资料 1.本组10例,年龄30～35岁8例,51岁以上2例。损伤原因为高处坠落、重物挤压、车祸,均伴发严重的骨盆骨折。1例合并会阴部多发
Most of the posterior urethral injury is a serious complication of pelvic fractures.
