自2006年以来,湖北省结合本省实际,认真贯彻执行国务院36号文件精神,坚持以全面落实积极的就业政策为重心,以创建充分就业社区促进“零就业”家庭和就业困难人员就业作为落实扶持政策的推手,抓住重点,突破难点,创造亮点,取得明显成效。截至2007年底,有314个社区达到创建“充分就业社区”标准,累计帮扶4.08万户“零就业”家庭、5.8万人实现就业,全省已阶段性解决了“零就业”家庭就业问题,为每个家庭创建一片明媚的就
Since 2006, Hubei Province has conscientiously implemented the spirit of document No. 36 of the State Council and adhered to the principle of fully implementing a proactive employment policy with a view to creating a fully-fledged employment community and promoting employment of “zero-employment” families and people with employment difficulties.
