Objective: To observe the effect of Taijiquan on the hemorheology in hypertensive patients and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: Eighty-three patients with mild to moderate hypertension were randomly divided into exercise group and control group. Exercise group for 6 months, organized Tai Chi exercise, the control group does not arrange exercise. The LBY-N6 rotary viscometer was used to detect the hemorrheological indexes of the exercise group before exercise and 6 days after the exercise the next day, in the state of fasting fasting, and the control group simultaneously. Results: A number of hemorrheological parameters were improved in patients with long-term adherence to tai chi exercise and were significantly different from those in control group. Conclusion: Taijiquan exercise can improve blood rheology of hypertensive patients, which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of hypertensive patients.
