目的:通过经典药理学实验方法,探讨鼻康喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的抗过敏作用。方法:采用变应性鼻炎的常用试验法即大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应试验法,试验中设阳性对照组、空白组、及鼻康喷雾剂的高、中、低剂量组,以生理盐水为空白,鼻炎康片为阳性对照药。结果:通过测定吸收度(A)值,计算鼻康喷雾剂的疗效。其中空白组、阳性对照组、鼻康喷雾剂高、中、低剂量组A值分别为(0.32±0.13)和(0.26±0.06),(0.21±0.05)和(0.19±0.05),(0.19±0.11)和(0.15±0.09),(0.25±0.12)和(0.19±0.09),(0.30±0.15)和(0.20±0.11),与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:鼻康喷雾剂对大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应引起的血管通透性增加有抑制作用,提示有抗过敏作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the anti-allergic effects of Nasikang spray on allergic rhinitis through classical pharmacological experiments. METHODS: The commonly used test method for allergic rhinitis was the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test in rats. The positive control group, blank group, and high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of Nasikang spray were set in the test, and saline was used as the blank. , Rhinitis tablets as a positive control drug. Results: By measuring the absorbance (A) value, the curative effect of nasal spray was calculated. The A values of the blank group, positive control group, and high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of Yankang spray were (0.32±0.13) and (0.26±0.06), (0.21±0.05) and (0.19±0.05), respectively (0.19± 0.11) and (0.15±0.09), (0.25±0.12) and (0.19±0.09), (0.30±0.15) and (0.20±0.11), respectively, were significantly different from the blank group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). . Conclusion: Bi-Kang spray has inhibitory effect on the increase of vascular permeability induced by the same kind of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rats, suggesting anti-allergic effects.
