在试验室模拟东风6105活塞加工条件,探讨了化学成份,复合变质处理工艺及加入微量合金化元索对过共晶Al—20%Si合金组织、加工性能的影响。从冶金角度提出了改进加工性能的有效途径。
The processing conditions of Dongfeng 6105 piston were simulated in the laboratory, and the effects of chemical composition, compound metamorphism and addition of trace alloying elements on microstructure and processing properties of hypereutectic Al-20% Si alloy were discussed. From the metallurgical point of view, an effective way to improve the processing performance is proposed.
