本文对新形势下医院思想政治工作的细化管理进行了研究。提出在新形势下医院的思想政治工作必须以胡锦涛总书记的社会主义荣辱观为依据,结合新形势、新任务及面临的新课题,坚持以人为本,做好医患双方的思想政治工作,为构建和谐医院做实事。
