一校三址,分散办学是我校特殊的办学形式。三所学校全部完成了校安工程建设并均已通过规范化验收。在硬件达标的基础上,如何强化完小规范管理,促进校内均衡发展,提升整体办学水平是我校应该思考的问题。我们经过深入思考和研讨,制定了改革的策略,推动学校在规范的基础上逐步向优质和特色发展。制度常规化,让完小管理稳起来建章立制,抓规范——这是加强学校管理,提高办学水平的基础。为使学校管理有章可循,我们不断完善学校
One school three sites, decentralized school is my school’s special form of running a school. All three schools completed the school safety construction and have passed the standardized acceptance. On the basis of hardware compliance, how to strengthen the management of small standards, promote the balanced development within the school, and upgrade the overall standard of running a school are questions that our school should think about.
