用自校正调节器(STR),可获得回旋窑烘干过程的最佳性能控制。无疑,在线辨识是自适应控制的核心。设计步骤为在线模型参数估计和参数自整定。本文采用IVLs辨识算法和Dahlin控制算法。IVLS法的闭环辨识收敛更快,但对激发函数的幅值和噪音更为敏感。试验表明,非自适应运行将为自适应系统的投运提供必要的准备。
Self-tuning adjusters (STRs) provide optimum performance control of the kiln drying process. Undoubtedly, online identification is the core of adaptive control. The design steps are online model parameter estimation and parameter self-tuning. In this paper, IVLs identification algorithm and Dahlin control algorithm. The closed-loop identification of IVLS method converges faster but is more sensitive to the amplitude and noise of the excitation function. Experiments show that non-adaptive operation will provide the necessary preparation for the operation of adaptive system.
