新疆农村改革启动契合邓小平农业“第一个飞跃”思想。新疆农村中“五统一”、“大条田”等统一经营模式在邓小平农业“第二个飞跃”思想的酝酿中开展实践。在“第二个飞跃”思想指引下,新疆农业的规模经营稳步发展,农民间的合作与联合更加紧密和扩大,农业社会化、市场化服务体系不断完善,集体经济实力有所壮大。在新的历史起点上,邓小平农业“两个飞跃”思想及其所蕴含的方法论对于新疆农村经营体制改革的深化与攻坚仍然具有重要的现实指导意义。

At the new starting point of history, Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on agriculture and the “two leaps and bounds” and the methodology that it contains still have important practical significance for the deepening and tackling of the reform of rural management system in Xinjiang.
