患者陈××,女,42岁,务农。因猫抓伤左睑皮肤引起疼痛、流泪三夭于1984年8月30日来院就医。患者三天前于子夜正熟睡之际被自家养猫蹦跳时抓伤左睑皮肤,突然疼痛被惊醒,片刻缓解,次日左眼流泪、畏光,嘱其爱人(本院医生)察看眼部,发现左眼睑皮肤有三处点状浅层外伤痕迹,未发现眼球异常改变。三天后眼肿痛伴同侧头疼,视物不清急来我科就医。眼科检查:视力:右1.5,左光感,左睑红肿。上睑皮肤二处及下睑内眦皮肤一处有猫抓伤结痂痕迹。球结膜混合性充血(+++),裂缝灯显微镜下角膜
