本文在1993~1995年度对杂种小麦利用研究的基础上,采用测交筛选法筛选出10个恢复系,恢复力在85%~96.7%之间;F1代杂种的单倍体率低于不育系,单倍体频率在0~0.74%之间,说明恢复亲本对单倍体的产生有一定的抑制作用。并对19个高恢复度的杂种组合进行了优势分析,结果有5个产量超标优势在19.5%~38.1%之间,杂种优势较为显著。
Based on the research on the utilization of hybrid wheat from 1993 to 1995, 10 restorer lines were screened by the cross-screening method and the restoring force was between 85% and 96.7%. The haploid percentage of F1 hybrids was lower than Male sterile lines, haploid frequency between 0 ~ 0.74%, indicating that the recovery of the haploid haploid generation have a certain inhibitory effect. Nineteen hybrid combinations with high recovery were analyzed for superiority. The results showed that the superiority of five yield exceeded the standard between 19.5% and 38.1%, and the heterosis was more significant.
