采用细胞体外研究方法观察≤5μm和≥10μm两组石棉纤维在作用时间和作用剂量上对肺泡巨噬细胞PAM生物学效应的关系。结果表明,细胞死亡率、乳酶脱氢酸活性均随孵育时间延长及作用剂量的增大而毒性亦增加;细胞内钾离子含量则随时间的延长和剂量的增大而浓度降低。表明两组石棉纤维均具有明显的细胞毒性作用。
Cell biological activity of alveolar macrophages in vitro and in vivo was observed by using cell in vitro method at different time and dosage of asbestos fibers with ≤5μm and ≥10μm. The results showed that the cell death rate and lactate dehydrogenase activity increased with the increase of incubation time and dose, but also increased with the increasing of dose. Show that both groups of asbestos fibers have obvious cytotoxicity.
