1 病例介绍 患者,女,18岁。于1992年11月5日以颅神经病变收入我科。患者于同年9月15日两眼向右侧注视时出现复视,20天后右肩背部发作性剧痛,10月11日左眼睑不能闭合,口角右偏,右上肢及双下肢无力,在当地医院诊断为格林-巴利综合征,给予激素和青霉素等静滴治疗8天,疼痛缓解,肢体无力好转,但复视及左侧面瘫仍存在。10月29日出现头痛、恶心、呕吐,11月3日左面部及牙齿阵发性剧痛,11月5日住我院。查体:体温正常,无贫血外观,周身浅表淋巴结不肿大,
1 Case Introduction The patient, female, is 18 years old. On November 5, 1992, I received cranial nerve lesions in our department. The patient developed diplopia when he gazed to the right side on September 15th of the same year. The right shoulder and back suffered severe pain after 20 days. On October 11, the left eye was unable to close, the right side of the mouth was right, and the right upper and lower limbs were weak. The hospital was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. He was treated with intravenous infusions of hormones and penicillin for 8 days. Pain relief and limb weakness improved, but diplopia and left facial paralysis still existed. On October 29, headache, nausea, and vomiting occurred. On November 3, there was severe paroxysmal pain in the left face and teeth. She was admitted to our hospital on November 5. Physical examination: Normal body temperature, no appearance of anemia, no superficial lymph nodes around the body,
