对于学生来说,小学语文就是他们的启蒙教育,对学生的性格特点、思想观念、价值理念形成起着至关重要的作用,素质教育实施的关键在于差异教学是否能顺利地进行,差异教学是以人为本的教学理念的核心内容。差异教学的实施在不断改革的新课标中使更多的学生的个别需求得到了满足,促进了学生的多元化发展。通过对小学语文差异教学的现状进行分析,并提出有效的对策,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。
For students, primary language is their enlightenment education, which plays an important role in the formation of students’ personality traits, ideas and values. The key to the implementation of quality education lies in whether the teaching of difference can proceed smoothly. The teaching of difference is People-oriented teaching concept of the core content. The implementation of differential teaching in the new curriculum reform, so that more individual needs of more students have been met, and promote the diversification of students. By analyzing the present situation of Chinese teaching in primary schools and putting forward effective countermeasures, I hope it can play a valuable role.
