采用分子沉积(MD)技术首次制备了无脂链磺化酞菁铜(CuTsPc)、四苯基卟啉磺酸钠(TPPS_4)与含联苯介晶基团双吡啶盐交替沉积的多层MD膜.紫外光谱对沉积过程的跟踪证实了两者MD膜的层状均匀沉积.CuTsPc MD膜中酞菁以二聚体和单体形式沉积,且以二聚体为主,低角X射线衍射表明其MD膜具有良好的周期结构,其等同周期为4.2nm.TPPS_4 MD膜中卟啉的Soret带的特征吸收峰相对于溶液红移9nm且变宽,表明膜中以二聚体为主且几种构象共存.由偏振紫外光谱算得卟啉大环平面与基片法线间的夹角为57°.
