我们在1981年进行血红蛋白病普查发现的异常血红蛋白中有一例杂合子,其异常血红蛋白的电泳迁移率与HbA_2相同(pH8.6)。最近,我们对它进行了化学结构分析证实为HbE〔β26(B 8)Glu→Lys〕。
One of the abnormal hemoglobins we found in the hemoglobinopathies survey in 1981 was heterozygous with the same electrophoretic mobility as HbA 2 (pH 8.6). Recently, we conducted a chemical structure analysis of it confirmed as HbE [β26 (B 8) Glu → Lys〕.
