安徽省怀宁县独秀小学与新县城一同崛起,与新课改一起成长。在近十年的创建工作中,我们清醒地认识到“名校的一半是文化”——学校的内涵发展必须要有文化的积淀来支撑。学校文化主要包括制度文化、环境文化、活动文化和理念文化等。制度文化和理念文化是隐性文化,有着导向和激励作用。环境文化和活动文化是显性文化,具有熏陶和感召功能。近年来,我们着重从以下三方面展开学校文化建设工作。

In the past 10 years of founding work, we have clearly realized that “half of elite schools are cultures.” - The connotation development of schools must be supported by cultural accumulation. School culture mainly includes institutional culture, environmental culture, activity culture and concept culture. Institutional culture and concept culture is a hidden culture, with a guiding and inspiring role. Environmental culture and activity culture is a dominant culture, with nurturing and inspirational functions. In recent years, we have focused on the school culture construction from the following three aspects.
