公开选拔党政领导干部改变了传统的干部任用方式,使干部选任工作更趋科学化和合理化,但同时也存在一些不足。所以,在公开选拔领导干部工作过程中,要在规范化和细节上下功夫,在建立与完善科学合理的公开选拔任用机制上下功夫,在加强对公开选拔干部的管理上下功夫,实现公开选拔工作的科学化、规范化、制度化。
