目的探讨中小学健康教育的实际需求,为教育部门修订相关政策,完善我国学校健康教育对策提供科学依据。方法在全国26个省(市),采用阶段整群抽样共调查中小学校153所,接受调查学生8008名,家长8008名,教师771名。结果学生、家长、教师对学校提供健康教育的内容要求顺位有所不同,并对学校健康教育的开展方式存在一定的选择倾向。结论学校健康教育内容框架的形成必须与学生的整体健康需求以及社会发展中存在的学生健康问题密切相关。应进一步探讨学校健康教育适宜的课程载体,以便为学生提供系统、可操作、实用的健康知识、技能和实践。
Objective To explore the practical needs of health education in primary and secondary schools and provide scientific basis for the education sector to amend relevant policies and improve the school health education strategies. Methods A total of 153 primary and secondary schools were surveyed by cluster sampling in stages in 26 provinces (cities) nationwide. There were 8008 students surveyed, 8008 parents and 771 teachers. Results Students, parents and teachers have different requirements for the content of health education in schools, and there is a certain tendency of choosing health education in schools. Conclusion The formation of the content framework of school health education must be closely related to the overall health needs of students and the students’ health problems existing in social development. Further research should be conducted on the appropriate curriculum for health education in schools in order to provide students with systematic, actionable and practical health knowledge, skills and practices.
