“九五”以来,河南省武陟县环境污染防治工作取得了阶段性成果,环境质量得到有效改善.但由于武陟县历史欠账多,结构性污染矛盾突出,环境污染反弹严重,河流污染还没有从根本上得到解决,水污染防治任务艰巨,形势依然严峻.
Since the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the prevention and control of environmental pollution in Wujian County of Henan Province has achieved staged results and the environmental quality has been effectively improved.But due to the large number of debts in Wuyi County, the prominent structural pollution and the serious environmental pollution, River pollution has not been fundamentally resolved, the task of preventing water pollution is arduous and the situation is still grim.
